As some here know I use TechieMedia and am very happy. Today, a quick look at the MRTGs showed a 10 fold increase in bw on a server. Oh damn wish that it were real.
I opened a critical trouble ticket. Less than a minute a tech is assigned. Seconds to the first email for clarity on what was up. Damn, it took them a whole fucking hour to resolve!!!! Actually a little more than.... That is the longest it has taken them to resolve an issue.
Now I know I had the full attention of the tech/engineer for that hour+. I have been with other hosts that just couldn't after days. I know that tech would not hesitate to call in help if needed (from past experience when I've gotten calls from people out of the office).
My message is, even when it gets a bit difficult, TechMedia is a resource.
Have good reports on Natnet too, but wondering if things will change with the added sales force??? Just thinking outloud. NatNet has a very good rep with many key playas with them - like...ops - really shouldn't say on public side.
