support is a factor...

but I think if sponsors pick it up... regardless of the level of customer service it'll be successful...

for me getting checks from international sponsors is a royal pain... it sometimes takes weeks for the checks to arrive, then my bank puts a hold on the funds for 30 days because it's a foreign check... although, recently they've started to waive the 30 day hold for me...

anything online that I can safely transfer my cash in and out of without the hassle and wait time is much better...

plus, I'm planning to move overseas sometime in the future... exactly when is yet to be determined... so, a virtual payment system that was reliable (even if a little slow) would save me a lot of banking headaches...

fantastic top notch customer service would be great... but I'd just be happy with something that was functional and secure...
