luckily we haven't had to ban anyone yet... so, I'm not sure how to pre-ban his nick... but lets just consider him defacto pre-banned...
I'm pretty good at spotting him... the retarded rants and excessive use of smilies always gives him away... so if even he hides behind proxies, he'll give himself away soon enough...
