Hey guys a certain prick has flipped out again and has made some wild crazy story and is posting it on all boards he's not banned on, christ knows he's banned on enough of them a few times. Anyways here's the low down, i sold him an ad, got him banned on a board which i won't mention, refunded his ad dollars at the time I banend him figuring screw he's had the ad for 3 weeks of the 4 weeks he paid for. Now he's concoted a crazy ass story that it was a loan and i owe him.

I am trying to find out who his host is because he's gone too far this time, thing is he uses his own name servers so i can't figure it out, how can you find out who the true host is behind a private name server deal?

I don't want to give him any more exposure than necessary or break the rules here so i am not posting names and his site.

I can tell you guys this, this clown is infamous for using a ton of nicks on boards and icq to harass people to get himeslf exposure. He has some serious screw loose upstairs btw.

If you can name a site he owns, chances are airn.net will lead you to the host. whois.sc might have some info too. I'd have to look.

pussylover problem is I use 5 different guys when accepting pp because I don't have pp I only have epass and he's gone posted the guy who did my pp to epass exchange as part of the story and that guy says he'll never do another pp to epas for me again. i couldn't careless what bs he writes I don't want him dragging other epopel into hs fake drama shit. I am going to try see if I can get his host to take down that guys pp screen caps as it's not anything to do with LC's little head game.

LC is so dumb he paid $400 by pp for ads, got back 4400 by pp refund and he's still crying to get attention after the fact he was refunded all$400 for the ads that ran 21 days of a 30 day purchase. I should have let his bullshit sig run another 19 days and said screw you jack.
But I didn't think it was right to ban his ass and still keep his sig running.
So much for trying to do the right thing.

I talked to my lawyer yesterday evening and he told me to send an email to him, his host and all the places he is posting the link with his photochoped image, doctored emails and pp info and put them on record that he is causing damege and it's libelous. I'm not going to tke LC's bs this time I have had enough, my lawyer will proceed on Monday to take some legal action against him.
You just can not twist a refunded ad deal into some bs story with doctored paper work and call it a loan and damage a persons business. It was a $400 ad deal that ran for 21 days and I unilaterally refunded the whole payment.

But the good news is the host took down the page with the false info last night.

The guy does not know the difference between reality and fiction, he makes up wild stories and thinks in his little brain it's reality.

If anyone wants to have all the fake nicks and icq numbers he uses to harass me with I have a list, ban the whole lot. He also brags about how he can hide his ip when joining a board, so banning ip's is a bit hard with this guy.

He's joined a cetain board I run pretending to be a woman a few times, and one time as a famous pornstar and one time as a doctor in psychology pretending to be a consultant for a major program. The program owener came and posted that neither this fake doctor nor LC ever worked for his program as a consultant. I won't post the url here but if anyone wants to see the program owners post i can copy and paste it.

The guy won't leave me, YnotBob or Thelegacy alone, he hounds all 3 of us all the time .

So far his host removed his libelous thread, I got 2 boards to ban him and delete his thread. And the sad part is he is still icqing me and I I accidently accepted one nick
"Not-Bob" because I thought it was Ynot-bob and he told me "Can i be back on your board if I post a sorry on there about this incident."

The guy just won't give up, you let him here the end of this place is just a matter of time. You won't attract some of the serious players in the industry over here.

I'm pretty good at spotting him... the retarded rants and excessive use of smilies always gives him away... so if even he hides behind proxies, he'll give himself away soon enough...

I've seen some of the crap posts too. Wish I knew what to suggest. It is out of control.

Guess if it were me, I'd be having another conversation with my attorney. Not an attorney, but some actions come to mind. IMO he is stalking you. Therefore an ex parte order of protection may make sense. Some sort of injunctive relief may apply too? These actions may not cost much, at least at the state level. Wondering if you could do that locally since the posts are published locally to anyone with a computer. You'd also have the option of the local federal court. If you start the action, I think that determines to location of the arguement?????????? All things your lawyer would be aware of.
