Default For those who missed me today
AT and fuckin T dropped my DSL connection today. Response after two levels of escalation is "I don't understand why it is the way it is????"

May I add several hours on the phone.....

The engineer said it was a paperwork problem. Not worth typing out the details, It was just fucked up. Glad I don't work for a big buacracy.
