ok, this isn't really new, as I'm sure some of you have noticed from your logs googlebot has been doing this for a while now... there's also been a bit of discussion about it elsewhere...
of course, now they've admitted they're crawling search forms and submitting fake queries...

Specifically, when we encounter a <FORM> element on a high-quality site, we might choose to do a small number of queries using the form. the above pretty much clearly states how you can manipulate googlebot into crawling specific queries that you want indexed...
